Atlantis™ step-by-step. Production process The Atlantis™ solution for cement-retained implant prosthetics in five simple steps: Send an implant-level impression and your specifications, such as soft tissue margin, to your dental laboratory and ask for Atlantis™. Your dental laboratory forwards the impression to the Astra Tech design and production unit where the abutment is designed using the Atlantis VAD™ software and is then checked, approved and produced. Your dental laboratory receives the abutment and proceeds with the porcelain work. You receive the patient-specific dental implant.

La solution Atlantis™ pour les prothèses implantaires scellées en quatre étapes simples

  1. Envoyez une empreinte au niveau de l'implant avec vos indications, comme le contour du tissu mous, à votre laboratoire et demandez un pilier Atlantis™. 
  2. Votre laboratoire transmet l'empreinte à l'unité de conception et fabrication d'Astra Tech, où le pilier est conçu en utilisant le logiciel Atlantis VAD™ et puis vérifié, fabriqué et approuvé.
  3. Votre laboratoire reçoit le pilier et réalise la restauration finale.
  4. Vous recevez le pilier sur mesure.
